As of 2/7/18 we have reached the second half of the 2018 General Assembly session.

Any bill that did not pass a third reading is now considered to be a "dead" bill.

Based on rules that govern the process in the General Assembly all House bills must have passed a 3rd Reading on Monday, February 5 and the Senate must have passed a 3rd reading on Tuesday, February 6 to move on in the second half of the 2018 Session.

Check out our Legislative page for updates and to see what bill(s) will move forward or be dropped. HB 1005 (Township Merger) will be dropped.
